The “New Era” has come: the world humanitarian forum has started

The “New Era” International Forum, which will be held from 4 till 11 December 2023 in India, has officially started: it was announced the day before during a press conference. The meeting of organisers, experts and journalists was held in an online format, having connected continents and more than three dozen of countries. Africa and Asia, Europe and America got in touch. Improvised studios worked in Cairo, Delhi, Kiev, Moscow, Vienna, Berlin, Sao Paulo, Tbilisi, Ulan-Bator, Stockholm, Paris, Detroit, Klaipeda, Sana'a and other cities.

One of the main tasks of the Forum is to develop a strategy for the development of a new just world, a world without inequality and wars, and the very fact of holding a press conference convinced even skeptics: it is possible! Indeed, representatives of the United States and Yemen, Ukraine and Russia, France and a number of African states have gathered on a common platform in an atmosphere of respectful partnership. While politicians are sowing enmity, peace ambassadors – people's diplomats – are building bridges and creating a reliable foundation for the future of mankind.

The Head of the Organising Committee of the Forum and the Golden Chariot Award, Ms. Hanan Wagdi (Egypt), an entrepreneur, social leader and mother of two children, welcoming the participants of the meeting, emphasized: “we are all doing one thing together, we are building a future for new generations who will not have to starve, hide from bombs, need drinking water, work or suffer from a lack of education and medical care.” “We are able to change the world around us in a non-violent way by joining our efforts with the UN, UNESCO and other international organisations,” added Ms. Wagdi.

"We are all doing one thing together, we are building a future for new generations who will not have to starve, hide from bombs, need drinking water, work or suffer from a lack of education and medical care."

The representative of the host country – India (as the forum itself and the Golden Chariot award ceremony will be held in Mumbai – the financial capital of the country and the oldest city on our planet) - producer and media magnate Sanjay Kapoor, answering journalists’ questions, explained what is the uniqueness of the Forum “New Era”: “We differ from many similar authoritative platforms in the countries of the Old and New Worlds, first of all, in that we are not backed by the usual powerful forces – governments or oligarchic groups. The “New Era” is a “forum from below” where ordinary people, representatives of different races, religions, professions and political views, will be able to form a uniform vision of our common future.”

"The “New Era” is a “forum from below” where ordinary people, representatives of different races, religions, professions and political views, will be able to form a uniform vision of our common future."

Maria Beluna, who represented Ukraine at the press conference, has agreed with him. “Our event is out of politics. We have other tasks,” she said. “Please, agree, that ordinary people living in different countries have nothing to share. In recent years, the world has been shaken by various cataclysms, COVID, terrible wars. And instead of joining forces and making this world a cleaner, safer place, politicians are doing the opposite. Always in such cases it is necessary to look for the reason: why is all this happening? The struggle for world power, money, a lot of money .... Sure, but what next? Apocalypse? In any case, a bad peace is always better than a good quarrel!”

A welcoming speech was made by the representative of the African Continent, Dr. Mohamed Bashir Laden, journalist, top manager of the largest media holding PanAfrica. He noted the particular importance of openness and transparency in the new world, a world where one can speak the truth, discuss pressing problems and find solutions without fear for one’s life.

Top international manager from Detroit (USA), Mr. Alex Zaguzkin, said that in the US, many are dissatisfied with the current situation – both at home and on the planet, as a whole. In American society, Zaguzkin stressed, there is a demand for change, the concept of “justice” has become something abstract. It's time to return this word to its original meaning.

The result of the press conference was summed up by the founder of the global public award “Golden Chariot” and the international Club of the same name, the representative of the Russian Federation in the organising committee of the Forum, Albert Zhukov: “The world is ready for global changes, and whether they will begin, whether these changes will be for the better – it depends only on us. We don’t want to fight for power, we don’t want new conflicts and cataclysms, we just want to be heard. We represent here not only ourselves and our countries, we dream that a NEW ERA will really come and we will do everything that depends on us!”

"The world is ready for global changes, and whether they will begin, whether these changes will be for the better – it depends only on us."

The zest of the press conference was the welcoming address to the participants and the guests from the ISS cosmonauts who worked in orbit. It is very symbolic that the start of the unique world Forum in Mumbai was given from space. The organisers promise to bring together the best representatives of more than 100 countries of the world and surprise guests and participants with a rich programme: sessions and conferences on the most pressing topics, concerts, sporting events, etc. The bright finale of the Forum will be the presentation of the Golden Chariot international public award, which covers all areas of human life and activities.
