Online sessions with global experts took place at the First New Era World Forum

On the eve and during the days of the first New Era World Forum and the award ceremony of the Golden Chariot Global Award in Mumbai, India, the organizers of the forum simultaneously held several International online sessions as part of the Eurasian Palette+ project. They were attended by university students, teachers, scientists, representatives of environmental movements, experts and influencers working in the field of sustainable development, ecology and green technologies, architects, designers, experts working in the field of architecture, design and urban planning.

The conference brought together leading scientists, representatives of environmental movements and experts in the field of sustainable development from the CIS countries, Europe and the Arab States. The working languages of the event were Kazakh, Russian, Arabic, English and French. 

Welcoming remarks were made by: Zhamilya Aitzhanova, Board member and Vice-rector for Scientific Innovation at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University; Vlastimil Samek, representative of the UN Department of Global Communications in Almaty; Tegina Ekaterina, Communications Adviser to the Russian Representative Office of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and other representatives of the leadership of educational organizations. The session participants also had the opportunity to see a video message from Obrillant Damus, associate professor at the University of Sherbrooke, Canada.

During the session, reports from scientists from various organizations and universities were heard and discussed, such as:

  • Republican Center for Quarantine and Especially Dangerous Infections of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan;
  • Jusup Balasagyn Kyrgyz National University
  • Tyumen State University (Russia);
  • Baku State University (Azerbaijan);
  • National Institute of Educational Pedagogy named after Kara-Niyazy, Uzbekistan; Environmental Protection Agency (Yemen);
  • Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

Other participants from various organizations also joined the session, whose articles will be included in the final collection of the conference. This event has become a unique platform for discussing topical issues of sustainable development, sharing international experience and developing new approaches to solving global environmental and socio-economic challenges.

A few days later, leading experts in the field of ecology, architecture and design gathered at the Institute of Architecture and Design of the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov.

Online sessions were held in 4 sections:

  • Current issues of studying and preserving material and cultural heritage for the purposes of sustainable development;
  • Design and fashion in the flow of time;
  • Trends in the development of architecture and urban planning in the age of high technology;
  • Modern methods and techniques in the design of the architectural environment.

Working languages ​​of the conference: English, Kyrgyz and Russian, Arabic, French.

The high level of the conference is evidenced by the authoritative composition of the organizing committee and participants. Among them: Rector of KSTU named after I. Razzakov, professor, Mirlan Chynybaev; Vice-rectors for research of KSTU Almazbek Arzybaev; for academic work - Erkingul Syrymbekova; for international relations - Zhyrgalbek Sydykov; on digitalization - Nurzhan Madanbekov and many others.

We would like to express special gratitude for organizing such a large-scale event to a wonderful woman, the director of the Institute of Architecture and Design, respected Saltanat Kozhobaeva. Who, as a wonderful and respected expert in her field, was able to amazingly gather almost the entire international expert community in a single space in a short time.

The conference was held non-stop for 12 hours. During this time, more than 120 internationally recognized experts from different countries presented their reports, projects and shared their experiences with university students who attended this event as listeners.

"A significant result of the virtual sessions will be the release of electronic collections and journals of scientific articles with a high scientific index."

We thank all partners, participants and listeners for these days spent together, which truly became a celebration of scientific creativity and communication, for your numerous responses and words of admiration for our event! We will definitely meet again! And the circle of our friends and like-minded people will become even larger!
