Dear friends, we remind you that there is only one month left until the unique New Era World Forum. Hurry up to book a room in the beautiful and picturesque valley of Aamby Valley Resort, Lonavala in the surroundings of Mumbai. We introduce you to the reminder for guests and participants of the Forum.

1. Guests and participants arriving in Mumbai before November 30, or departing after December 5, can stay in comfortable rooms of the partner 5-star hotel (at special prices) SAHARA STAR. If you wish to use the hotel's services, please inform the organizers of your plans in advance, no later than November 22, 2024.

2. Transfer from Mumbai International Airport to Aamby Valley Resort will be carried out on November 30, 2024 until 14.00 (local time). Those arriving after 14.00 will be accommodated free of charge at the SAHARA STAR Hotel, from where they will move to Aamby Valley in the early morning of December 1.

3. Upon arrival in Mumbai, representatives of the Organizing Committee of the forum with signs "New Era World Forum" will be waiting for all guests and participants at the exit from the airport

4. Upon arrival at Aamby Valley, all guests and participants of the Forum will be registered for all summit events upon receipt of the keys to their rooms/cabins. 

5. Aamby Valley Resort is considered the most ecologically clean area in India. Here you can see about 120 species of birds, various kinds of animals, and, of course, monkeys. A big request to everyone: do not feed these charming little animals, and even more so, molest them. When leaving your rooms, do not forget to close the windows and balcony doors in your rooms in order to avoid monkeys entering your homes! 

6. The period of stay at Aamby Valley Resort is the most comfortable time in India (air temperature +24 - +28). But, considering that a number of events will take place in open areas, we recommend taking with you: light jackets / sweaters / sweatshirts, comfortable walking shoes, stoles / scarves. International adapters for charging mobile phones will not be superfluous.
